"The AMI LOUIS restaurant" The AMI LOUIS restaurant is a family business founded in 1930 by Louis Turlan opposite the Palais des Expositions de la Défense in Paris, where stands nowadays the Grand Arch. In 1960 his daughter Janine Turlan and son-in-law Joseph Abadie take over the reins of the restaurant.
In 1977 Joseph installs a manager in his Paris restaurant and decides to return with his family to the village of his birth near Beziers.

In the south of France he discovers the new resort of Cap d’Agde and opens a new AMI LOUIS on the quayside at Port Brescou where he runs for 13 years.
In 1990 his two sons Jean-Louis and Jérôme take over the management of the restaurant and are joined in 2003 are joined by Vincent Abadie, the eldest grandchild of Joseph.
